I have a potential training project. How do I get started?
Send us an email at info@lpwtrainingservices.com or give us a call at 800.620.0429. Let us know what your needs are and we’ll talk. We’d love to hear about your company and what challenges you are facing and discuss ways we may be able to help.
Our software is constantly updating. How do you handle this?
The Life Sciences world is constantly evolving and as such the software is always changing too as new functionaliy and features are deployed. It’s our job to stay on top of these changes, help you understand them and develop the best possible plan for eductating your users.
We don’t have a budget for live training. Can we still work with you?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of blended learning options in order to meet the needs of all user types and the budgets of both large and small companies. We’ll work with you to develop a solution that works best for you,
I need classes to be taught in French or to happen overseas. Can you help?
Yes. We have offices in both the United States and Europe and can provide you with trainers who speak whatever language you need as well as documentation and course materials in these languages and full onsite logistics support.
I have a tight timeline, but need users to be trained. What can I do?
The beauty of working with LPW Training Services is that your team is made up on Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences professionals. We know the industry and the job functions as well as the software so we save time spent learning this and can dive right into hearing about your company, what makes it unique and what challenges you are facing.
Some of my users already know the software being deployed. Others do not. What can I do?
We’ve seen this before and will talk through options with you. You may choose to separate users by experience level, you may opt for eLearning where a user can test out of certain portions of a training based upon tasks performed. There are many ways to handle this scenario and we’d love to talk through them with you.
How do I know if the training was successful?
Our goal for each and every training is for your users to be able to perform the skills needed as soon as they leave our classroom. You’ll receive reports showing feedback from the users about the training, can watch them perform the tasks during training itself and if you choose, can incorporate electronic testing for tracking and reporting purposes.
What happens after training ends?
The project manager assigned to you at the beginning of the project will continue to work with you to make sure that all of your needs have been met. If additional documentation is needed, a refresher course needs to be planned or a strategy put in place for new releases, we’ll address it with you and make sure that you have the support you need.
Do you offer New Hire training?
Yes, we can continue to provide training for any new hires to come on board and can also offer options like our training as a service contract where a fixed yearly budget is agreed upon for this service.

Liza Pizarro-White is the founder and President of LPW Training Services. Liza's extensive experience in pharmaceutical technology training, strong work ethic, and "can do" attitude have proven successful in building LPW Training Services to be an industry leader in technology training.

Before branching out on her own business venture, Liza was a training manager for two of the top CRM software companies, training clients in the United States, Canada, and England. Liza's history and education are rich in solid training fundamentals and real life experiences that are proven to be successful in the classroom, and set the standard for which all LPW Training Services trainers follow.
