LPW was founded in 2004 as a minority-woman owned global provider of training services. LPW quickly grew to be the leader in CRM solutions applications training. Today, LPW is the industry leader in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences technology training.
Learning and Development, Project Management, and Change Management are our core capabilities. In fact, it is all we do. We are committed to the training and development of all our customers to elevate their business by successfully leveraging their business applications and processes. LPW feels strongly that training is not a onetime event but a continuous process. Our strong project management experience and methodology are critical contributors to executing on time while still managing change and dynamics in fast paced environments. LPW practices the Prosci Change Management methodology, and we have several Prosci Certified Change Practioners on staff.
LPW is proud to announce that we are a National Minority Supplier Development Council Inc. (NMSDC) certified supplier. NMSDC is the longest-operating business growth engine for the broadest group of systematically excluded communities of color (Asian, Black, Hispanic, and Native American).
