Rolling Out the Vault Clinical Operations Suite for Global Pharmaceutical Company

The Situation

After evaluating their current Clinical Operations, Daiichi-Sankyo selected to implement the Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Suite globally.

The Challenge

Significant technology changes, different terminology, the retirement of a legacy system, new work processes, and a new, customized Vault platform led to the complexity of this global rollout project.

The Solution

Our instructional methodology was also based on a comprehensive five-phase development and delivery model: Discover, Develop, Deliver, Measure & Continue. A Bottom-Up/Top-Down Approach was taken to build the Change Management and Training Plan for this custom solution. We built a strategic roadmap and formal training plan to support all requirements for a successful implementation. Deliverables included eLearning modules, Instructor-Led Training and Quick Reference Guides.

Business Impact

The eTMF learning project was so successful that Daiichi- Sankyo re-engaged LPW to create a learning plan for the rollout of Milestones as well.

What the Stakeholders Said:
I thought this was a great experience when introducing a new system to a CRO and I think it would be useful for you to continue implementing if a new CRO was to use your system.
Very informative and trainer was very knowledgeable about the system as well as he was very helpful when we had questions.
