Loretta leads our talent pipeline, onboarding, and staffing for all LPW projects. Her focus is obtaining key talent and leveraging them effectively across all LPW projects worldwide. She assigns projects to personnel that align with our customer’s business objectives, learning initiatives, and areas of expertise. Highly competent in developing and implementing HR strategies, she is committed to continuous improvement.

As a Project Manager with a strong background in resource management and recruitment, she partners closely with the LPW internal teams and our customers to ensure training initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to the business objectives.

Loretta understands how to balance people, priorities and time restraints while maintaining quality and efficiency. With 15 years of experience at LPW, she is often the go-to person in our office when there is a crisis and finding a solution. Her dedication to the LPW mission is unmatched.

Prior to joining LPW, she had a long and successful tenure at Paramount Pictures in Human Resources, Lehman Brothers in Recruiting and Training and at Media Syndication Global in Operations Management.

Loretta holds a degree in Business Administration from New York University.
