Trainers (US and Global)

Deliver remote customized training of Veeva CRM to Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical customers
Ensure knowledge transfer of content delivered
Train Business Analytics and other business applications as needed
Prior Salesforce, Veeva, CRM experience preferred
Global areas of focus: UK/I, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Egypt, The Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Beneleux, Brazil, Mexico

Instructional Designers

Develop remote customized training of Veeva CRM, Vault and other business applications to Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical customers
Assess learning needs and analyze existing instructional material
Develop and design online material and assessment tools
Develop engaging digital learning content storyboards, eLearns, videos, interactive guides, podcasts, slideshows, quizzes and reference materials
Focus on delivering content in a remote learning environment
