Pam is a resourceful, solutions-based executive with a 20+ year portfolio of success driving strategic planning, enhancing customer experience, and leading world class learning and development teams in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and SaaS industries.

As head of Operations at LPW, she is instrumental in identifying and leveraging opportunities to drive improvements across all standard operating procedures and sales processes. She is known for collaboration and her ability to design and execute effective business plans. Pam’s focus is on improving operational performance to grow value and profitability. She excels in introducing operational best practices for Learning and Development, Project Management, and Change Management which our customers at LPW rely on every day.

Before joining LPW, Pam was the Vice President of Member Services and Training at First Multiple Listing Service. She also had successful tenures at Synavant, IMS Health, Sales Technologies, and PRC.

Pam is a strong advocate for encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM and has been recognized by the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta with the Outstanding Leader Award. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is certified in the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. Pam is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
