Introducing the Training Desk: Live Support at the Moment of Need
As an add-on feature, you can turn on training desk support. After you rollout a new feature of your application, or you have a new hire class, you can turn on the Training Desk and have the ability for your employees to schedule a time with a trainer to ask questions directly. They simply click the Schedule a Session icon and use the calendar to view available times with a trainer that work with their schedule. Once they schedule the session, they will receive a calendar invite to block the time on your calendar with the link to join your training session.
How do I use Guidde?
Well, it’s simple. When you are in your application on a Chrome browser, the Guidde extension sits on the side of the site. You click the “g” icon and the system suggests videos for you based on where you are in the system. Didn’t find what you need? You can search Guidde and it will search through not only the tags and titles of the videos, but also the transcript of each video. Click on the video you need, watch it and return back to your workday without leaving your system.
If you didn’t find what you are looking for, you can simply click Request Playbook and send an email to your Guidde admin requesting a video on the question you need answered.
